STRICT GRADING SYSTEMS & FOOD SAFETY FOR ALL RED MEATS
All Tall Australia products are graded through leading quality assurance systems, focusing on producing a safe and consistent product. Production is done in accordance to strict Australian food safety standards and export accreditation requirements.
These include limits and tolerances on additives, product traceability and independent industry audits. We use systems that are extensive criteria to grade their lamb, those being:
• AUS-MEAT: 0 – 9 scale, 9 being the highest score
• MSA: 1 – 1100, 1100 being the highest score
• Marbling Meat, Color Fat, Color Meat
• Texture Maturity Carcass Weight
